Chapter Kicks off 2025 with Sold-Out Economic Forecast Event
Our 2025 Economic Forecast, hosted in partnership with CREW Greater Philadelphia, IREM Delaware Valley Chapter, and SIOR Philadelphia Chapter, brought together over 180 industry professionals at Union League Liberty Hill in Lafayette Hill, PA. Held each January, this year's event featured keynote speaker Nick Villa, Associate Director and Economist at Moody’s, who shared invaluable economic insights for the Philadelphia region in the year ahead.
The sold-out event provided an opportunity for attendees to kick off the year with networking and engaging with leading professionals in commercial real estate. Attendees heard from Villa, who offered a detailed overview of what businesses in the region can expect as they navigate 2025. The presentation covered key economic trends, forecasts for growth and challenges in the market, and insights that will guide decision-making for organizations in our region. Villa’s understanding of economic patterns and their regional impacts provided attendees the knowledge they need to successfully navigate the year ahead.
